Snowy Hydro is currently looking for engineering graduates to join their 3 year graduate program and who are ready to start now. Snowy Hydro's Engineering Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in shaping your future career and the sustainable future of Australia. The program offers a 3 year rotational program across Snowy Hydro's operations including exposure to our Snowy 2.0 and Kurri Kurri gas plant projects. You will gain experience across a range of business areas and assets, building real insight into the unique work we do here in the heart of the beautiful Snowy Mountains. 

During these placements, you will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through training programs and broader engagement with the Snowy community. This is an opportunity not to be missed!

To be eligible for the Snowy Hydro Graduate Program, applicants must:

• Have completed a relevant degree in either Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Mechatronics).

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

• Be willing to relocate to regions in which Snowy Hydro operates.

• Demonstrated ability to manage their own time and an ability to work autonomously.

• Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity for analytical thinking and the ability to identify the key elements of complex issues and problems.

• Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve set goals and beyond.
