For the right candidate we are flexible on location, either based from our Sydney, Cooma or Canberra offices.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Analyst to join our People and Culture team on a 12 month maternity leave contract based in Cooma. Reporting to the Manager - Performance and Reward (P&R) you will be responsible for:
Assist Manager P&R in preparation and implementation of the remuneration review cycles to further embed high performance culture and achieve strong link between pay and performance
Support Manager P&R and other relevant stakeholders in driving improvement in organisational performance, workforce planning and diversity to achieve SHL's vision
Manage data integrity risks and contribute to SHL's reputation as a trustworthy, moral and ethical organisation
Be a trusted advisor, delivering insight and value that supports the goals of our team and stakeholders
This role is autonomous and would suit someone that is mathematically minded, naturally curious and enjoys working with data. Strong Google Sheet (or Excel) experience is essential to the success of this role, as is your ability to spot anomalies and solve complex data issues. You will be a natural at building strong working relationships with stakeholders and you're known as someone that can be relied upon to get the job done and get it done right the first time.
In addition to the above our ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in an Analyst role or in a HR/Finance/Payroll function
Experience in assisting/running remuneration reviews (2-3 cycles)
Strong communications/report writing skills
Knowledge of organisational performance measurement and management frameworks and methodologies
Demonstrated modelling (analysis, logic, drivers, review, etc)
