We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Information Management System Team Leader. This is a full time permanent opportunity.
You will lead the Information Resources team by building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders across the business, understand their Information Management requirements and deliver accordingly.
Your day-day responsibilities (not limited to):
Establishing and implementing strategy and process for Information Asset Management and the associated documents;
Process improvements within the Information Management space including actions undertaken by all employees;
Implementation of a record retention and disposal process;
Ensuring Snowy Hydro is compliant to the Commonwealth Archives Act 1983 and the establishment of any processes required to maintain compliance;
Information Management Systems' support, configuration, and modifications;
Change Management of all Information Management systems;
Delivering formal training, skills development, and user material to drive compliant processes and adoption of Information Asset Management strategy;
Providing leadership and guidance to the team responsible for the delivery & management of information resources services.
What are we looking for?
Tertiary qualifications in information, records, knowledge management, or equivalent related experience;
Proven relationship building, stakeholder management and influencing skills;
Working knowledge of Google applications;
Previous team leading, or coaching and mentoring skills.
