An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, driven and experienced Customer Service Officer based in Cabramurra.
This role is a casual role, working roughly 15 hours per week. This role will be responsible for the day to day operation of associated services and tasks at the Cabramurra General Store, including Visitor Centre, Retail Shop, Service Station, Post Office and Cafe. This position ensures that accurate information and a superior level of customer service that reflects the Snowy Hydro corporate image and key messages, is delivered to the general public.
The kind of person we are looking for has:
A Certificate or Diploma in Tourism or hospitality (is desirable)
Sound customer service experience, with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Safe Food Handling Training
An understanding of key messages and delivery within a PR/media environment
An ability to work within a team and unsupervised as required
An ability to take responsibility and show initiative
An energetic, friendly and professional manner
Alignment to Snowy Hydro's corporate values of Safety, Teamwork, Agility, Ownership, Decency and Courage
RSA licence preferred
This role may be required to work weekend and public holiday shifts and would suit a local Snowy Mountains individual.
